🏮 Nether Portal Not Working Bedrock

My nether portal spawned me under a huge lake of lava. I’ve tried digging up but there’s just lava. I’ve dug straight for a couple of minutes and then up but still lava. I’ve also tried to change the location of my nether portal but it still takes me to the one underground. This is weird because my nether portal in the overworld is On my bedrock realm, it's not a random location; when coming back from the nether, portals may intermittently forget to multiply coordinates by 8, which is incredibly annoying if you routinely use the nether to travel 30,000+ blocks.
